MOLDED CHEESE SALAD (Eight Servings)
2 package lemon gelatin
3 cups boiling water
1/2 pound cottage cheese
1 cup drained and sliced maraschino cherries
1 9 ounce can grated pineapple and juice
1 cup sliced, stuffed olives
1 cup cream, whipped
Dissolve gelatin in water. Place over ice water and chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cheese, cherries, pineapple and olives. Chill again until very thick. Fold in cream and turn into ring mold. Place in refrigerator until firm
